Great company to use for rental needs
They took my reservations on line and when I arrived there was no truck available. Dover consistently overbook their rentals leaving customers stranded.
I am very disappointed in this location. They gave me a car that was dirty on the inside and smelled terribly of smoke. Bryce assured me that I would get a discount for the condition of the car. I look and I am charged a cleaning fee for the previous drivers negligence. I was told by a manager they would check the cameras for proof the car was cleaned to no return call.
