These ease of renting a car was excellent. That being said, the price was steep.
Enterprise is my go too car rental service and I'm sure it can be yours to. The service and support is top notch.
Customer service was great. Rental car was awful. Interior smelled like dope. Driver seat was a manual adjustment bar under the seat. My arms were too short to reach it. I had to use a pillow behind my back to reach the gas and brake pedals. My last rental from enterprise was thru progressive (my carrier) and was awesome . This rental was thru State Farm (carrier if person who hit my car). Maybe State Farm is a crappy insurance company .
Poor customer service. Ben Anenberg lied and did not want to help me and husband after taking the car from us and saying HIS computer said do not rent to him when corporate said it does not say that on there side. We felt like we was turned down because of the color of our skin. Bryce is being raciest and telling us we can’t rent from them because of his personal reasons
