This is the worst location to rent a car. First off the girl with helped me was really rude or she didn’t want to be there. Het attitude was just so bad. First all she tried to overcharge me for a reservation that I booked online for $45 bucks. She wanted to charge $75 for a small Kia sedan I her no I booked online was online $45. I rent once a year for a family trip. 5 stars until now. Original reservation was made months in advance. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication between the locations and corporate for last minute ( A weeks notice, ample time in my opinion) changes on picking a vehicle up at a specific location. It is a bit unsettling this location not working with other enterprise locations. The woman was of no assistance in helping the situation. It seemed like She had no problem solving skills.
