Great car for our long trip
Just moved to Greensboro, wanted to rent a car for my wife's 50th birthday for a romantic weekend. The kid behind the counter told me I HAD to have a credit card with an out of state license. You cannot legally force someone to use a credit card. He told me the air port would take a debit card but not them. Poor business practice. I've rented from enterprise before with a veteran's discount and allowed to use a debit card. It can't be one way and then another 5 miles down the road.
My experience with Enterprise was terrible. This is my THIRD time reserving a rental at the Battleground location is there were no vehicles available. My first rental wasn't great but the staff tried to make up for it. I had a reservation for a suv at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:15 and was told there was nothing for me and I had to wait almost 3 hours before something would arrive. This put my trip behind significantly. The renting experience was great! Only there about 10 minutes and drove away in the rental. We really enjoyed the vehicle and the return was simple!
