My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise this past Thursday. We made our rental reservation weeks in advance and specifically reserved a Premium SUV because of our family’s needs. On the morning of our scheduled pickup, I called to confirm that our Premium SUV was available. Everything was good. I made a reservation on line the week before. I call the morning of and confirmed the pickup. Pickup at said time in the afternoon. Drop off was quick. Will rent from Enterprise again.
Great customer service.
I got a rental from this location through my insurance when my car was totaled. They were so wonderful and kind that I chose this location to rent a car to travel to buy a new one. I had some difficulty with my booking and Kayla was so patient, not just with me but with the other calls and people walking in at the end of the day of a Friday.
