Fast and Professional service Thank you Brandon and Taylor.
They are busy. Rented a vehicle here while my car was being repaired. I miss understood the communication from our agent and didn't call first. Even though I messed up the process they still took care of me. And with how busy they were the folks that work here didn't waiver their customer service because of it. I have worked with Taylor a few times. She is ALWAYS pleasant and professional and I swear she's always moving.
They have been there when I needed them
I rented a car for enterprise. It is really sad because the car was great and the customer Servies inside the location were I went was great. The problem was that I was over charged and the branch send emails and called for me and there was not a response from upper management. So I don't blame the local Enterprise I blame the upper management it is bad customer service not to respond to your local branch so that they can respond to the paying customer.
