Edgar is great , professional, ready to help. Jessica is very accomadating and helpful also. the reason i only gave 3 stars is because, even though the deals are great prices. it doesnt seem to matter after having to pay the insurance extremely expensive per day. Also the pick up time to get a ride is usually later than what youve tried to plan for. So im usually running behind for my scheduele for the rest of the day. I had pre-booked a car for the week to take care of errands as the transmission went out on my own car. At rental site, the price went from what was promised to $450. REALLY!? Kind of late in the game for me to change my plans. I'm a plus customer, I felt taken advantage of. The staff was pleasant enough & gave me a "free" upgrade; however, nothing felt free about it. Enterprise on University really made my experience renting a car from them very easy. I left my truck to be repaired at Collision Center of Riverside on a Saturday and they were able to call Enterprise to pick me up and take me to their store. Once at their location they quickly got my information and had several cars for me to choose from. I was in and out within 15 minutes. When it was time for me to return the car I had rented, I was pleased to hear that I was able to leave it at the body shop. I did not have to drive it ... read more
