I got professional service. I have no idea who S is, but he seem like a whiny man baby that is upset that the world didn't stop when he entered the room. Yes the location is busy. But the staff did all the right step. Greeted me when I entered the room. Advised me there were several customers in front of me. Offered me options ( not the clown car but the mid-size which was still in the insurance budget. Did the walk through and sent me on my way. Haters going to hate.
Remy at Enterprise rental car need a hell of a raise. She is very polite, and have a great attitude...
Great experience! Very helpful, friendly team. Picked me up and dropped me off at collision center. Car was ready to go as soon as I arrived.
