However, the way this issue has been handled is the reason I am leaving this review. Core Issues: Vehicle Defect: A tire blew out after only 50-55 miles of highway driving. I appreciate the follow-up, but I had a very bad experience with this rental. The car I received was filthy and infested with spiders. When I called to request a different vehicle, I was told to wait until the next day for a car that was still being worked on — which was not acceptable. I also called several times and either got no answer or was left on hold with no one returning.
