And after all this I Still got a rental so to prove my point know your information correctly if you gonna not follow the rules the first time. UPDATE: Called different locations, spoke to managers and even was directed to go online. This is what is stated via enterprise " I’m not seeing a published policy that specifically says a cracked license is accepted or rejected. The vehicle I received was very dirty inside and out. The rims were all missing the center caps. The car was poorly vacuumed if vacuumed at all.The seats were stained and not clean and I was given a car which had a slow leak in the back left tire. I had to inflate this tire every 2 to 3 days. I will continue to support Enterprise but this last experience wasn't good.
