Terrible company when anything goes wrong. The car wasn’t registered and they double charged me for insurance. That’s not the end of the world though - I’m a reasonable person - the real problem was no one could help me for days: not the local office, not corporate, no one - and even after 5 days when they finally replaced my car and promised me a refund, they failed to refund me - I started calling them every week and nicely explaining my situation, but they just kept telling me that only the local manager can help, and the... read more
