Yeah the first time I rented a car from these guys it was a smooth transition. Everything worked out perfect. This time around I got hung up on twice and then when I went to go ask about the truck if it was ready they said they should know within a few hours. But I'm trying to rent a truck from today's projects I have and telling me that it might be ready in a few hours. Does me no good. So standing around waiting on them to tell me when they'll have a truck. Just cost me money
I appreciate Hallie, the young woman who assisted me through my rental period. I appreciate her professionalisn, pleasant interaction and that she found.a Jeep Wrangler for me to rent. I found the experience to be stress free and helpful. I would recommend this Enterprise office again.
Staff is awesome, always super nice and accommodating. Ive tried other rental car places and have had nothing but nickel-dime fees added. I’ll always choose enterprise
