I rent from ERAC often. I only had one issue in the three years I have been renting from them where a car was not available after having put in a reservation. The associates at the Dublin/Sawmill location are very nice and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and cars are always clean and in working order. Thanks
Unfortunately Enterprise is proving to be overpriced and quickly losing me as a customer. With all of the pride that Enterprise has with picking you up etc., those features don't outweigh the fact that I can rent a similar vehicle with a competitor for about half the price now. Also, the customer service is lacking. I had to speak with several representatives and the same answer I received with blaming corporate for their hands being tied and not able to help me.
