Worst customer care ever! I got a dodge ram 1500 for 2 days and it was covered in dog hair. All over the care! EVERYWHERE! They offered me a compensation but nothing happened and now they don’t reply anymore. Never again! I keep renting at hertz or sixt. That’s how you loose customers!
I had a very positive experience at this Enterprise branch. Check-in was smooth/efficient. I was given a new/clean WV Jetta that I enjoyed driving. Returning the rental was also simple. Very good customer service.
