Husband got a car rental and when discussing the fees he was told that he will be charged $179 as a holding fee when he questioned it the guy told him he would be reimburse for the fee within 2-3 business days. It’s been 10 business days and no refund. When he called he was told he wasn’t getting a refund because he was charged for the amount of days he had the rental.
