Great customer service. The only con I had was the maintenance message that popped up on my rental. This is the 2nd rental in which I have received a check oil /check engine alert. I would rather be safe than sorry. The gentleman that assisted me when I returned the vehicle was amazing. He took the time to listen and check things out, versing saying "oh well" with a shoulder shrug. It's nice to see employees still care about the customer.
These guys are amazing! I give thanks to Ali and Mike for their outstanding caring and customer service! They went above and beyond to handle my needs! Very nice people!
