We were very disappointed with our service this time. We went online to book our car. We completed all the steps and was given the final cost- so we thought. We paid with a debit card and was told that we needed copies of two current paid utility bills, proof of insurance coverage and copies of paychecks to show that we were currently employed. This is the second time that I have rented a vehicle through the airport I have had nothing but excellent customer service through this location. My vehicle was upgraded for no additional cost and the transaction was swift and courteous. I will definitely be back! Thanks!
