My experience with Enterprise rent a car was exceptional.
Love this location. Everyone is so nice and super helpful.
Javi was the only person I dealt with. Saturday pick up and saturday drop off. He makes the process simple and gets you back on the road without any hiccups. Pleasant person and would want to work with him in the future.
Good service, friendly people
Asked 11 times for question about my bill. I received a $300 boll 1 month later after return. I’m always told request is escalated and never called. Obviously escalation is just a bluff because 11 escalations would be pretty high in the corporate level. Long time customer of enterprise and have always had good service till now. I hope it’s just local issue.
