No service...reserved compact car...gave me a van...waited 1 hour ...still not ready ..insane...please do not come to this location.
Well first off they close at 12 noon on Saturdays and we have to rush over to pick up and the cars not even ready at 11:40 with no other cars available to accommodate our already paid for rental.
Very good service, and the cars are in excellent condition 👍🏻
The customer service at the Roanoke location was exceptional. They went over and beyond. Definitely will rent from them again.
My entire experience with this Enterprise location was nothing short of the best! Paige and her staff were very professional and helpful! A great experience *Edit* 2/24/26 I ordered a van online. I got dropped off at the location. There was 3 ppl in line ahead of me. Once those 3 customers were helped the young man skipped over me and helped someone else. I had to gently remind him I had been there and he didn’t even apologize. Then to add to it they didn’t even have a van for me. I had to Uber to U-Haul to satisfy my needs.... read more
