The people at the reynoldburg location are amazing. I have never had an issue. However their road side assistance team is terrible. I was stuck for 7 hours on the side of the road and the communication was very lacking.
Wonderful friendly staff
This place is a joke, I called ahead because I live so far away. I spoke with a person that stated they did have a Ford Explorer. Gave them all my info told them I'm on my way. I get there and they did not have it. So wasted my time and paid someone to take me so wasted my money also. Very unprofessional do not recommend this spot....
