What a great bunch of people! Kayla, our customer service rep, was very professional and helped us with everything we needed to know about renting. We will definitely use this company and location again.
I had an accident that wasnt my fault and the other insurance is covering the damages and i was instructed to call enterprise to get a rental while my vehicle is repaired and boy did i expect issues booking a vehicle on the phone. I was expecting a darn computer however OMAR at enterprise took my call. Im so thankful. He set me up with what my family needed while our vehicle is repaired and it was no nonsense and super easy with OMAR. He did a wonderful job and made the situation go with ease. I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location off and on for about 9 months now, and I gotta say… they never miss. I don’t know everybody’s names, but I know their faces and I’ve worked with just about all of them at some point. Alwayssssssss good service. Big shoutout to Malik. He be on top of it every time. Seems like such a hard worker. I’ve witnessed him and him team juggling so many things in the office on the busiest of days.
