Terrible service kulmara is absolutely terrible worst location in the city of Columbus.
Booked my reservation 2 months in advance for me to go there and they not have the vehicle I selected or anything similar to it… I don’t understand what the point of the reservation was if they didn’t honor it. They could have at least called and told me this instead of wasting my time.
This is the worst enterprise I ever seen. I got multiple time not get the car after I had reservations couple weeks ago. I really recommend not to have any reservations in this location please!! If you do you will regret it.
