Mostly positive experience. Did have issues when I first went to pick up the car up . Had reservation to pick up on a Monday was told they had no cars had to go back the next day .
I have called several times, and not once have I managed to get through to someone after being put on hold. One of those times I was put on hold I waited for 45 minutes and then they or the phone system hung up on me. I've gotten to the point where if I'm on hold for more than 10 minutes, I'll hang up and call back. I've done that twice and both times someone immediately picked up my call... First off the car was Horrible. It was dusty inside with cobwebs everywhere I begged the manager for a different rental and shared my dissatisfaction with the car with him but he ignored my concerns. I had no choice but to rent it because of the need to make it to family for an emergency. I gave a 300$ deposit paid by debit card that the manager told me would be refunded once the car was returned. On the way back the car had a blowout that I personally changed.
