Been renting from this location for the past year and have been provided amazing service. Love everyone there and how they handle my reservations, only had one incident where a new employee charged my deposit twice but had it taken care of.
Nelson Castro yelled at me and called me terrible names. It was a bad experience. He called me stupid
Miscommunication on their end that led to our rental not getting fully reimbursed by the insurance company that set up the reservation
