I planned for a trip a family reunion.I ordered a car from a different company. I had reservations paid for insurance. Did all of the things that I was supposed to and when I got there, everything went badly and I was supposed to be in North Carolina that day so I went to enterprise and when I tell you Christina von Rucker and Tyler Amos were the best. I was assisted by Hasen all the way through from picking me up at my door and then taking me back once my rental was over- after 5 on a Friday- without one word of complaint! Upon hearing of my delight in the Jeep Rubicon I rented He even went so far as to share with me buying vehicles from Enterprise and upon my expressing an interest stated He would pass my info along for them to reach out to me! Very wonderful experience overall as usual and will definitely be back.
Phenomenal service, and they will truly do anything to help out. They helped me deal with an insurance company to cover the rental after my car my totaled by another party. Such a great staff!
