The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vehicles were not maintained very well. The first vehicle was a Nissan Rogue. I only had it for a week and had to take it back because I was told it had too many miles on it. I was then given a kind of dirty Dodge Dart (significantly smaller) that had two tires with slow leaks. I was told to take it to Firestone for a free repair. Is that what a customer is supposed to do? Like I said, though, the staff was friendly.
I had recently rented a minivan from them and didn't have really as much of a pleasant experience to narrate! When I went to pick up the van, they were complaining about how they didn't have any (despite showing availability at the time of booking) and somehow they managed to get one for me. Next, the Van that i ended up renting wasn't cleaned and the gas was filled to an arbitrary level between half and 3/4ths of a tank and i was supposed to return with the same level of gas.
