I ordered a full size sedan, (Toyota camry, Nissan altima) however;none were available when I arrived on time to the office. Therefore, Justin told me that I would receive a free upgrade to a small SUV: Chevy trax, and the gas mileage was the same as the Altima. THIS WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. The Chevy Trax burned twice as much gas as the Camry. I own one, so I am very upset about that.

Convenient location and great staff. We rent for family road trips and the check in and out is always fast and easy. If there was a downside, you may not always have a variety of models to choose from, but we've never been disappointed.

Everything about the rental went smoothly and without issue, except the lack of a courtesy ride to the Enterprise location. The vehicle was available as advertised as well as clean and well maintained.
