This is the second we booked a reservation where it got to the point of checking in the whole process then you get there and they’re are no rentals available. I’ve was told I was called when I arrived and I wasn’t. It’s ridiculous. Other then that the staff seem pretty nice.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had with any company. We are a military family of six—one of whom recently had surgery and cannot drive—simply trying to spend time with loved ones before the military relocates us across the country. Horrible customer service. We booked a reservation online, with a pick up in two hours. When we arrived, the local location said they were overbooked and no cars available. Read the reviews; this is a pattern of double booking vehicles. The reply is the same for customers and NOTHING CHANGES. Terrible.
The entire process was easy and quick. The young man who picked me up from the body shop was friendly and pleasant.
