I have been renting from enterprise for many years, but I will never rent from them again. I made a reservation five days ago to be picked up at 2 PM today. It’s 330 and I’m still waiting to be picked up. Apparently the location I chose was outside of the driving area however they’ve had the reservation for five days and online never told me it was too far away. They transferred the reservation to another location and they still haven’t picked me up yet.
Wonderful crew. They have been on point and very professional everytime I have rented.
Ayanna was amazing! She was helpful, kind and knowledgeable about enterprise policies. Thank you for making my day a little better than it started and please give her a raise or bonus incentives! Ayanna service was good and I enjoyed my experience 🙂
