I have been waiting on a rental for almost a week now no communication. Customer service is dumpster juice.
We only rent from this particular Enterprise because of it's close to where we live, but also, because the people who work there like, Damien, Cam, and Will are such wonderful and helpful to deal with especially as I ask a lot of questions. They take the time to answer my questions. The 5 stars I'm giving are for the people I just mentioned because they've given us exceptional service! So I make a reservation on the telephone thru the Ent reservation desk. They tell me a car is available for pick up immediately. I get to the Ent location in 10 mins and they say they have no cars. WTH! So wrong!! Then they don't even offer to offer their courtesy can to take me home and left stranded! Never again Enterprise! My confirmation # was 2090588303
