Wrong size car, stunk like cigarettes on a 1000 mile drive, multiple calls to the branch I rented from with no answers, and 3 calls to customer service with nothing but apologies and promises that someone will call me back in 1-2 days, but never any calls. And then a charge at the full size car rate for the midsize car. Should be Zero stars.
They had a vehicle available but not one comparable to what I could have had. We needed to get one because my vehicle is in the shop. Had to check with 3 different Enterprises and found this one by just stopping by. They had a vehicle available. We have had issues with Enterprise in the past. Same issue again Computers stop working or something. Had to go through them because of a vehicle extended warranty program. Will try Hertz next time.
I went to Enterprise to rent a car so that I could get to and from. Work while my car was being worked on at Greenbrier Infinity. I want to thank everyone at Enterprise for all their help and getting me on the road so I could work while my car was being fixed. The customer service was good even though it seemed busy when I got there with no reservation they took good care of me. Thank You all for your Customer Service at the last minute before closing. I will be back if I ever need another vehicle for sure!!!
