I made a reservation for a 15-passenger van back in March. Three days before my pickup date, I called to confirm everything, and I was assured my reservation was set. On the morning of July 24, 2026, I received a call at 7:30 a.m., just 30 minutes before my scheduled 8:00 a.m. pickup. Renting currently for vacation. What a mess. Do you not check the vehicle before renting out again? 2 stops now in 2 days to fix tires that should have been YOUR problem not ours. You would know this van needed tires balanced if you had checked. I can't believe you do not have a mechanic check each vehicle after each rental. Currently sitting at J and S Restore in Kadoka, SD...been here for at least 30 minutes. Lucky for us these guys know what they are doing, because Enterprise certainly doesn't.

This is the 2nd time enterprise has screwed us over on a family trip. Mind you we rent vehicles from them every year for the past several years. We reserved a vehicle 2 months in advanced an because it's happened once before they didn't have the vehicle ready I called the week before to make sure it would be ready. Was insured it would be. Day of no vehicle ready AGAIN. mind you pick up time was 8am, 11am still no word on the vehicle or any alternative or two separate vehicles nothing.
