The staff Alecia gave me very good service this morning because my car had a problem and I went to this location to change cars. Her service attitude made me feel like a valued customer. She did an amazing job and took great care of me and all of my needs. She did all of the leg work, and in the end, gave me the best possible rental rate. She truly cared about me as a customer. We reserved a car for an important trip and when it was time to pick up they told us they had no cars and the reservations were given to other people. Why reserve a car that you dont have?? Also they are CREDIT CARD ONLY… No debit. Ridiculous.
