Stanford store is AMAZING!!!
Knowledgeable associates. Courteous and conscious of customer's time. This is the only location I rent from in town because of their professionalism.
The car had battery issues. We were lucky to have a portable battery charger with us. We used the battery charger every time we started the car. We even had to use it when we were at some stop lights while the car was running. The man that checked us in and out was fantastic though. He was very friendly and personable. He understood our situation. I appreciate his calmness and understanding. Because of him, I would be willing to rent another car with Enterprise at this location.
Enterprise requires a $200 deposit for all rentals!!!!
