I made reservations a week in advance for an suv to only be told they had a corolla once I arrive. No phone call , email or notice. An a big NO to calling around to other locations smh. A waste of time

I typically don’t have an issue renting at this location. I ordered a specific size car and I arrive they don’t have what I reserved. Very disappointing and employee was not helpful at all.
