Overall rating of 3-stars based on 1-star for the rental experience and 5-stars for Kyle who took the time to follow up with me after the rental ended and make things right. For those not familiar with the area, October is a busy time in New England. Between month-long Halloween celebrations and out of town leaf peepers, hotels and cars can be tough to find.
