The Enterprise on 8th in Homestead PA has great customer service until it turns horrible. Our car was in the shop and we needed to take my niece to college on Sunday. It was a promise I just couldn't break,so my husband and I decided to rent with Enterprise. We never rented a car before other than with Zcar a few times, so we didn't know the Enterprise rental process. We called and reserved a pickup truck for Sat Aug 23rd at 10 AM.
