Insurance reserved a car for my girlfriend here, and when she arrived there was no car. One of the employees told her to come in the next morning and “maybe” there would be a car for her. I had to pick her up as she had no way home. Promising cars that don’t exist is a scam and leaving a woman stranded at night is unethical. Don’t come here, this is an unserious business. I had a great experience renting a truck from this Enterprise location for the weekend. From start to finish, every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
