Great customer service!
Getting into an accident stinks. Fortunately, everyone was okay, and it was a minor fender bender. Insurance companies have massive contracts with Enterprise so that while a car is getting fixed at a body shop, they have a rental of equal size to get through that time. That being said, I received a vehicle the day my car went to the shop, and Enterprise picked me up as advertised. When I left with my rental, I was in stop-and-go traffic all the way home. All is good but .they don't have to much selections of car
I’ve rented several cars from Enterprise throughout the year, and working wiitb Lore has always been such a great experience. She’s consistently professional, friendly, and makes the whole process simple and stress-free every time. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in making things easy and efficient.
