No se como serán los otros enterprise pero yo eh venido 2 veces al de la 49, en la primera ocasión reservamos una semana antes, y para hacer la historia mas corta estuvimos casi 3 horas ahí esperando el carro, ahora la segunda volvemos a reservar, yo vivo bien cerca y a veces a uno se le olvida la experiencia, reservamos una semana de antelación de nuevo, mi papá pide permiso en su trabajo para salir, yo pido un uber de mi casa para manejar supuestamente el carro rentado para regresar yo, y cuando llegamos muy tranquilamente... read more

Thank you jayda Craig for your service very nice, I really didn’t appreciate the so call manager Ana that was very disrespectful throws me over a car that I know I have to pay she didn’t have to use profanity , but other than that I hope she doesn’t get a position like that again

I went to drop off my car today, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the office staff members, Ana I think she's the manager I believe she could benefit from additional customer service training, as her behavior was unprofessional and she was disrespectful toward my husband, even using inappropriate language.
