The team at the Lafayette location was excellent. They were very professional and helpful. The in-person and online services were excellent, and I plan to book again with Enterprise for future rentals.

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. Their online rental requirements state that a temporary ID may be refused if there is a concern about identity or authenticity. In my case, there were no concerns regarding either, yet my rental was still refused. I also had my passport with me as an accompanying form of identification, as their requirements indicate may be used in this situation. I've never left a bad review but I am quite upset about this situation. I have been a loyal enterprise customer for a few years. Today I was late to pick up my reservation, I do take responsibility for that. However, the manager called to verify I was still coming to pick up my reservation. I told him I would be there within the hour, and he said great, see you then. Not once did he mention my reservation being cancelled, not available, or any risk of either happening during the call.
