Great company to rent cars. The price is always fair and the staff like Ms Green in the Lafayette Indiana office made the check in and check out smooth and they did not push me into unwanted options. I would strongly recommend Enterprise as the top car rental firm in America
Everything so simple here. Return took seconds, and deposit came back fast. Alexandra was super nice both times I met her, and she even helped me getting my lost items back.
The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica self accelerated 2 hours be for getting home with my whole family in it. I got towed to the nearest enterprise by a tow truck the state trooper called and enterprise left my family and I waiting out in the hot sun for 6 hours before they were willing to give us another vehicle to take home.
