I've never left a bad review but I am quite upset about this situation. I have been a loyal enterprise customer for a few years. Today I was late to pick up my reservation, I do take responsibility for that. However, the manager called to verify I was still coming to pick up my reservation. I told him I would be there within the hour, and he said great, see you then. Not once did he mention my reservation being cancelled, not available, or any risk of either happening during the call. Staff is friendly and car was very nice
Not a car I would ever buy, but the service was outstanding.
Great staff working promptly to help us around another issue we were having, separate from Enterprise. We really appreciate their assistance to get us back on the road!
