This franchise and the company in general pretty much suck. I was told both by my insurance company and Enterprise that my rental would be a certain price, only for them to tell me at this location that it was a different price, not covered by insurance. I was told I was going to get a midsized car, but I instead was given a sub-compact car. Had to assist my Daughter get a rental after an accident. Jamison was great on both the initial rental and return. Well run branch for Enterprise although it’s tricky getting out of. I always try to recognize excellent service and attitude. This was our 2nd experience at this location and both experiences have been great!

I began writing this review while in their waiting room. I’ve been here close to an hour now, checked in and just waiting on the vehicle so I can go, which is my biggest gripe. Was not notified of a delay or a wait time when I arrived, simply told they’d be right out. Additionally, their system allowed me to book for a different car tier than they had available. When someone finally helped, the car still was not ready to go and was handed to me with 5 gal. of gas.

This was the best rental car experience I have ever had…I travel a lot for work and sometimes the rental car process can be difficult, but the team at the Richardson location was exceptional…I dealt with 3-4 of the staff and not only were they professional, but friendly, attentive and just easy to work with…when I picked up and dropped off, they were extremely busy, but always took the time to help, keep me updated and overall just a great experience…thanks everyone.
