At one point I was so happy and felt extremely fortunate to be able to rent from such an amazing company and work with an amazing community at this location. I may have been a day behind or even up to a week on a rental due to things like delayed paid after an assignment or my card getting hacked while having the rental car however I always managed to pay my dues. Was not happy at first with the customer service. A girl at this sure advised me I had to pay for a whole new day because I needed to return the vehicle 15 minutes after my grace period. BUT a rep named Joshua R. turned my whole experience around. I was able to return the car the next day at the time I needed to and was even given a ride home in the shuttle. Thanks again Josh hope to see you on my next reservation!
Booked a pick up at 6. Didn't realize that's when they closed. Showed up about 10 after and all locked up. A phone call or something would've been nice. Or maybe some sort of after hours pick up. Oh well.
Easy experience. They definitely pick you up and drop you off as needed.
