Staff is courteous. Rental was clean and reliable. Everything went smooth.
Extremely poor customer service. We have had a car reserved for 2 weeks with no communication post-reservation.
I picked up a white Malibu car with a Georgia tag this morning from Palm bay location. Stank. Smelling like weeds. I will never go to that location anymore.
