Manuel A. Masias Alfaro was very kind and knowledgeable and provided fantastic customer service! We are long-term renters as our car is getting a recall repair. Mr. Alfaro made sure we were satisfied with the car he provided - and all this was in the middle of a snowstorm! I appreciate his help and will return to this Enterprise because of the great service I have received.
These guys got me in a really nice car, took care of my insurance and shuttled me to the autobody shop when my car was fixed. Made the whole experience really stress free

Rented a car here in October 2025. They charged us for 5 days instead of 1 day. I have called every week and nothing is done to fix the issue! Terrible!
