Destiny made our rental experience painless. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend the Shirlington location. Top notch people.
Car smelled like either cigarette or marijuana, as if it permeated the fabric. We are busy people and simply don’t have time to go back to Enterprise to issue a complaint, wait, and have the issue resolved. Since it was temporary, we lived with it, but I will say that out of all the companies from which we rent, Enterprise consistently has the shoddy fleet. Our preferred rental company when we travel is Avis. We would not choose Enterprise if it weren’t already paid for and arranged by our insurance.
The employees at this location are super nice, patient and extremely efficient. Thank you so much for making the process easy
The 4 days of use of the Cadillac, was spectacular, the customer service when I picked it up was excellent. Highly recommended.
