The office personnel in the Shirlington office are very professional and have an inate understanding of the customer. Akilah -Devin. Are great. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is to help all those customers having car repairs or just going on vacation or whatever you need a rental for. I can’t even remember everyone’s name but this office needs superior recognition. They are the best
Had me precheck in and request a car. Come the car wasn't ready it was dirty when I got it. The car they gave we wasn't even the same class of vehicles that I reversed online. So what was the point of having me do all that. Cleaning bottle was left on seat
