The service I received was extremely disappointing. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop and was assisted by Eden. I had reserved and paid for a premium SUV, but was instead given a crossover due to “availability.” I accepted, but the vehicle provided had a faulty seatbelt alert system. I called immediately before leaving the lot, but instead of resolving the issue, I was given unhelpful troubleshooting advice.
