Enterprise Shirlington is by far the worst location I’ve dealt with in the DMV. The wait times are consistently awful, and it often feels like no one is actively working to move customers through the process. This is the second time I’ve tried using this location, and both experiences have been frustrating. The employees seem to have very little urgency, even when customers are clearly waiting. The staff at this Enterprise location made everything so easy after my car was damaged in an accident and I needed a rental. Malcolm and Nathaniel were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. This is definitely my go-to location from now on whenever I need to rent a car.
Extremely unreliable service. I booked a luxury vehicle days in advance, but the company called literally minutes before pickup, claiming no vehicles were available. The staff offered zero proactive assistance. I had to explicitly ask for alternatives, which turned out to be completely inadequate. I am sharing my experience so other customers can be careful when renting from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Shirlington branch in Arlington, Virginia, through Progressive Insurance. My actual rental period was July 28 through August 11, as shown by my Progressive reservation details. I also have documentation from the collision center where I dropped off the vehicle.
