Very disappointing experience. I was not given a similar vehicle as promised and had to wait repeatedly. Despite calling ahead several times and being assured a similar car would be available, I had to visit the location five times over the course of a week before finally getting one. The second time I went to pick up the car, an agent showed me a vehicle, but right in front of me they gave that same car to another customer.
