I rented a car from this company while my personal vehicle was under repair, and the experience was frustrating overall. Initially, they gave me a car that showed a battery warning light on my way home. I had to call them and go back to get it swapped, which was inconvenient but at least they replaced it quickly. However, the real issue started afterward. The first car had a full tank, but the replacement car only had half a tank. Folks polite. Car worked. I had to keep extending the rental due to repair delays on my car; no problems doing so. Nice they are open weekends. Never had a problem with Enterprise.
The Arlington (Shirlington) location was so disorganized and unprofessional: o. had to wait an hour for the vehicle when i was told it would arrive in 10 mins. o while waiting, i watch the manager introduced himself by name and title to everyone who came after me. i didn't get that kind of welcome. o when the vehicle did arrive i was told it was empty of gas and that i would have to stop and get some o before i drove off i told the assistant manager, who was outside at the next care, about the no gas and how i was told to st... read more
