The staff, including Champ and Bria, were extremely friendly and helpful!! I will always go back whenever I need a rental car in Houston!
Champ is amazing he got me set up in a rental car while my car is in the shop and when a better vehicle came in a few days later got me all set up. Highly recommend working with Champ.
Absolutely terrible service from Key Green. We arrived to pickup our rental exactly at our allocated time and she told us there was no cars available, and none available in Houston. We called the enterprise at the airport and they said they had cars. She did absolutely nothing to help us. As we were leaving, a vehicle was dropped off and when asked if we could take that one, she told us no because she doesn’t have to rent us a car…even though we had a reservation from weeks ago. I called to see if i could change the return site, they said it was free because the new one was the same that i used to pick up, when we went to return they try to charge us 300 dollars. Worst experience in my life with a company. And the card that they gave us to call was from i person who sells cars to the company, mistake after mistake.
