Great customer service and I was able to leave my car at the local Randy Hanson auto body shop when I picked up my car and they came and picked it up from there! They also gave me a great upgrade discount when I had to switch cars because someone had smoked a cigar in the first car I picked out. Even though I was told it had been smoked in by the prior renter, I thought I could air it out, but that smell would not go away. I was able to upgrade to a very nice luxury car so I was happy! Staff was excellent. Car was awesome. When returning the car my ride flaked on me and Giovanni made sure I got back to my car.

Had a 6pm pickup which was there closing time. I was having car trouble and running 5 minutes late. Called ahead. They refused to help. Had to leave my car at service shop next to them and Uber across town to get a rental. Avoid them if you can.
