Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Put in and removed car seats for me, pick up and drop off was much appreciated Driver for pick up was very nice,I wish I’d thought to tip him My car had been totaled and they made a traumatizing experience much more bearable Thank you!

Good experience here. Good customer service, easy pick up and drop off. No problems.
They were supposed to pick me up at 11 am and got there 40 minutes late. I went back in to take them proof of my insurance. I had to wait again for 20 minutes, when there are 3 people there but none in the office!
