It was an easy walk-in at this location. Employees are great, however, Enterprise doesn't provide adapters for Tesla charging stations and don't credit you for fully charging the vehicle. I got a Kona with a 60 mile battery charge and left it almost full at a 190 mile charge. Not a ton of money, but still...
This was an emergency rental. They picked us up quickly at the repair shop and when they said they would. They also took us back to the repair shop. The transactions were swift on both ends. They were friendly and helpful. The car was adequate. The price was reasonable. Ross and Eric were both very personable, as was another young man whose name I don’t recall.
