Rented from this location and returned car in perfect condition. Enterprise then called from Missouri two days later, fraudulently claiming damage to the front of the car. The guy working there was nice, but clearly we cannot trust this company. They will literally call from halfway across the country trying to scam you for money when you are a good customer & doing everything right. Now looking at other reviews, apparently this kind of fraud is common practice for Enterprise. Not giving them our business again.
Cars are old without maintenance. Increased my rent when I requested extended my lrental because the 4th of july demainds. I lost my Handicap tag and EZ pass in one of the cars and never back to me, considering the car should be cleaned and checked before given it to the next customer. I do not recommended Enterprise rental!
Terrible experience. Rented a car with a damaged front bumper. Took a video of a vehicle that clearly shows the damage. However, upon returning the car few days later got a letter from Enterprise saying they submitted a claim with my insurance regarding the damaged bumper. Went there and spoke to the manager , explained everything, showed the video that proofs damages were already. Manager told me there was nothing to worry about but again got a letter saying I have to pay.
