Experience with Enterprise on Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville Georgia was wonderful great customer service great selection of cars. The employees are very very well-mannered and very respectful they work with you and they are very understanding. I can say for myself I will be renting from Enterprise more often
I normally get my rentals from the Enterprise Oakwood facility so this was my 1st-time renting from the Gainesville office. They were courteous, was able to adjust my schedule when I was not able to get there on time and they had a clean, gassed up and fairly new vehicle waiting on me when I got there. The people were friendly and helpful. Sara was funny and kind. The Jeep I rent was clean and ran great. I didn't have one problem.
