This was my first time using Enterprise car service and I must admit I did not regret it. I requested a regular car and was given an upgrade as a first time customer, the car was very nice and clear. I was 4 minutes late I returning the car and the workers there were so nice and friendly the actually allowed me in instead of returning it the following day. Pleasant service but the limited weekend service is not in tune with the increasingly residential nature of the neighborhood. It a drag to have to return a weekend rental by 1 pm on Sunday.

Excellent service! We rented an intermediate car for 4 days while in NY. From the time I called to make the reservation everyone I dealt with were very helpful, courteous & professional. When someone came to our hotel to pick us up & had told them we had 4 people & 6 suitcases therefore we needed a large enough vehicle to fit all of us. They did indeed come with the perfect size.
