Had a reservation for 8 am. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for them to wash the car and fill the car with gas. I was understanding of that. But then I left drove 10 mins down the road home before the change oil light came on. I was needing this car for a trip and my option was to unload everything I already loaded, swap cars, and reload the new car; or take it to get the oil changed. I'll not be petty on this one. The manager took advantage of a situation and told a lie to protect the co. And himself. Of course we all know that the co. Will always back the employee as they should up to the point where the customer shows the wrong doing then its about no more contact . In other words I would do business elsewhere if possible, if I were you.
Unsatisfied with the car rental. The car had a horrible smell that would not go away even with car freshener that we had to buy.
