My rental was supposed to be dropped off @ 3:00. Instead I had to go to the location and wait in a long line. I went with this option because of the convenience of having the rental dropped off to me, and instead I have to waste a bunch of time because they are disorganized. 0/10
Everyone was polite, professional and courteous. Offered bottled water, asked about my Experience with customers service where I picked up my rental. And both the pickup location in Virginia and this drop off location was exceptional! And my deposit came quick back into my account. I will definitely be using this company again.
Helpful staff 👌.
