They get security deposit from me, but they didn’t refund me
I had excellent customer service from Savanah Sanchez and Laksha Chhaddva. They were both very patient with me asking questions. I had shuttle serviceto their location and from their location by a driver Glenn.
I was in a car accident and my Jeep was totaled. My insurance gave me a rental through Enterprise. I was really beat up and these guys came through like champs for me. They got me in a nice rental and were incredibly polite and friendly. Some of the best customer staff I've ever encountered. Given how banged up I was, I really needed it. Thanks you.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Enterprise on Cushing Parkway in Fremont. This morning, I called ahead and spoke directly with a manager who assured me that vehicles were available and promised they would secure one for me if I came in. Yet, upon my arrival, the staff claimed they had absolutely no vehicles available —despite the parking lot being visibly filled with cars. This was a great place to rent a good car at a decent price. Very friendly. Just wished they told me if I paid the tolls later there was a service charge added.
