Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful
Coming to this Enterprise was a very enjoyable experience. I got to meet some amazing people. Alayna was one of these people. Her aura was an energy you would love to be around, her attitude is upbeat and pleasant, her hospitality was by far unmatched. Gavin is also a great member of the team, he was kind, very professional, and easy going. I will be definitely be returning to this location.
Deberían indicar claramente los documentos personales a llevar para recoger el auto (como extranjero debes llevar pasaporte, otra identificación oficial emitida por tu gobierno y licencia, a mi me faltó el pasaporte). Por esa falta , tuve que pagar $35 USD extra en taxis. El personal fue muy atento, el proceso de recogida y entrega muy rápido y el auto estaba en muy buenas condiciones.
1st time i rent a suv to enterprise they where telling i get my deposit backmon my credit card but i did see it on my bank credit that2 they return my deposit.well they such lier and scummer don't rent a car in enterprise cus i won't never rent a car with them here in fremont california..do your self a favor don't trust don't sales people's they you get your deposit back you going to be disappointed..
