Go to Hertz. I travel for a living. Rent cars nonstop. Have a system for knowing how much gas to leave in the car since enterprise frequently gives them out not full. They attempted to rob me and then when I called to complain I was accused of yelling. I was then hung up on by the manager after being interrupted and spoken down to. I would not recommend. I made a reservation well in advance, only to arrive and find out that the car I had reserved had already been rented out to someone else. They offered me alternatives that were completely different from what I booked, which defeated the purpose of reserving in the first place. The whole point of a reservation is to have peace of mind, and this agency failed to deliver. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
