One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 20–30 minutes just for someone to finally attend to me, only to be told they didn’t have the car I had already booked - even after I made it clear this was an important trip and I genuinely needed the vehicle. What made it worse? I could clearly see better cars available on the lot, yet they didn’t even bother offering me one. Manager of this location need training how to communicate with fully eye contact amd answer proper manner. Management Traineed was amazing
