I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who made a confirmed reservation under his name. When we arrived at the location, there was no car available. We received no phone call, no email, and no prior notice. When we asked why, we were told that they did not have his phone number on file, although a phone number is a standard part of the reservation process. This is not an isolated incident. WHAT'S THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU DON'T RESERVE THE CAR?! Threw our entire plan into disarray. Had to cancel the Christmas weekend trip at the eleventh hour because we couldn't find any other rentals with availability last minute. Book here at your own risk.
