Gavin, the branch manager for the West Saginaw location, is fantastic. There was an issue with my car rental and he handled it professionally and quickly found a solution. I highly recommend him!
Please do not waste your time at this location, they are very unprofessional including the “manager”who thinks it’s ok to hang up on a paying repeated customer to Enterprise Please go to another location!
