⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I arrived on time for my reservation only to find the location closed for an hour. After they finally opened, I was told they had no rental cars available. They asked me to wait another hour to see if something became available, so I did. After wasting even more of my time, they told me again that they still had no vehicles. I enjoyed working with the S Cedar St branch in Lansing. Will, Kennedy & the rest were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
I've rented vehicles from the S. Cedar Rd., Lansing, MI location several times. The -current- staff are professional yet personable, knowledgeable and friendly, and do their best to work with you should you have any needs or requests. That said, I returned a van yesterday (05/12/2026), and they only had 1 person working (the gentleman who preps the vehicles for rental, not a desk agent.)
