They have answered and put me right back on hold 6 times, the 7th time they answered, put me back on hold and hung up! Wouldn’t recommend what so ever!

What happened to this place? There was a time when it was very well run. NEW MANAGEMENT in place. They tell me 5 minutes for my vehicle after I already checked in. It's been 40 minutes and still no vehicle. I ask an employee if they forgot about me. He says (it's almost ready, he's just finishing up) my Reservation was for 4.
