I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and easy, which made everything very convenient.
Amanda and her team were great. Especially with communication and following up with us about our needs. Will definitely use Enterprise again.
I had a reservation for 12:00pm, I completed on-line check-in in advance, I arrived at 12:10pm, and at 12:50pm, I’m still waiting for my vehicle to be ready. Not interested in repeat business.

Additionally, both locations pickup and return service was provided by knowledgeable staff who made the process extremely easy. Enterprises’ employees listened to our requests and made good impressions for your company especially the Cheraw, SC location. Keep up the great work. Refreshing.
