I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent rental experience. I booked this reservation back in June for my trip scheduled from October 10 through October 15. On the day of pickup, I received a call stating that no rental van was available. I was offered two smaller cars that would not accommodate my family’s needs. Eventually, I was referred to another location that said they would have a van ready by 1:30 p.m. When I arrived at 1:40 p.m., the van had not been cleaned and had a large crack in the windshield. Justin and Donzel are running a clean top-notch operation! Highly recommend this location. There was a friendly welcome upon arrival while Donzel finished with another customer, several clean cars were out front to choose from, and it was a very quick process.
