I had my rental for a month and had a great experience with my local branch and rental agents and they were very helpful the whole time.
Be weary of Justin. He has a pleasant demeanor, but intentionally uses ambiguous language and then charges you according to the unfavorable interpretation. It’s worth the drive to the airport to avoid the local rental drama.
Justin is the gentleman who helped me with my rental car. He is a great employee. He treated me with respect and kindness. I was very grateful and satisfied with his service. Thank you Justin 🙏💕
