Great customer service. Zoey was on point and made sure I was taken care from the moment I walked in. Dealing with multiple customers picking up and dropping off, she handled everyone with the same sweet and professional attitude.
I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. The car was clean, comfortable, and ready on time. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.
Overall good experience. The self awareness of their customer’s presence needs to be better. It needs to be verbalized that they hold a $300 fee at check out. Also, consider swiping cards and etc inside the building verses in the parking lot like a drug deal. I believe the company needs to make exceptions for after hour calls because they close early on Saturdays and off on Sundays. Though I respect that, it makes it hard to communicate if there’s an issue.
Zoe was great and made sure to take care of me. She has a great customer service! I’ll definitely be back at this location.
