The car was infested with cockroach I called customer service and they did nothing. Extremely frustrating. Never recommend to get a car from this office or even from Enterprise
Will told me there won’t be anything available until Tuesday and then proceeded not to make me a reservation for a vehicle Tuesday? Would make more sense to flat out say I won’t do my job today. Thanks. Called to get this fixed and they just pick up and put the call on hold manually call was recorded and you can hear the background noise btw.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The car I was given broke down, and I had no choice but to return it and exchange it for a smaller vehicle—an inconvenience I should not have had to deal with. To make matters worse, the service representative was not transparent, provided misleading information, and continued to pressure me several times instead of offering real help.
