Everytime I go in there I am greeted with a smile. I have gone to pick up a vehicle way before opening and they still assisted me. Ismael is wonderful, he remembered me and helped me get in and out fast. The driver was very polite as well. I tell my friends if they rent a vehicle to go to this enterprise because they are fast, friendly and helpful. I definitely will be going there again!
poor customer service and the manager named after korea is no help,was told a daily fee was a one time fee which resulted to more than my rate for the car itself. john ast mang cell 2103679453 call for help or with any other concerns .
A lady named Jordan was very very rude and disrespectful..everything else and everybody else was really awesome and polite Jordan just ruined our experience completely.....
