Fast service to get in and out great customer service friendly
this is my second time renting and I am never disappointed. The team is so kind and listens to all my questions and requests. Especially being a young woman driver, it is a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect and kindness. Shout out to Aaron and the whole team at enterprise.
Friendly and willing to answer any questions I had
I was excited to rent the Audi A5 until I heard a loud noise on the front tire on the driver's side. I was sad to return the car, but my safety is more important. I exchanged it for a Toyota Corolla, which I had no issues with the car. I asked for a refund, but was denied due to being a luxury car. I thought it wasn't fair, since the first car wasn't fully drivable. Maybe I should have returned the car right away, so I wouldn't be charged.
