This location was a complete disappointment. Never in my 18 years of renting from Enterprise have I dealt with such disorganization and lack of urgency for such a busy location. For better understanding let me take you down a journey. Keep in mind I only rent once a month and I tend to be loyal to the location I choose for both our benefits. WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID. FAIL NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I had a death in my family and needed to rent a car to get home fast. I submitted a reservation for a midsize SUV at 10am for pick-up at 1. I called the this location to see if they had my vehicle ready at around 11am. I was told no car available but they were transferring one and it should be there around 1pm. I told them OK, but I had an 8+ hr drive, 3 people plus luggage and to please expedite. I made a reservation the day before for a rental covered by my insurance claim. When I arrived, I was told the car wasn’t ready, but I could pay for an upgrade if I wanted to leave sooner. I was initially willing to wait, but then they claimed it would take 25 more minutes because the insurance had “just sent the information”—which didn’t seem accurate, considering everything had already been arranged.
