I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise. I was involved in a car accident, and GEICO provided me with a $35-per-day rental allowance because I maintain my insurance coverage and pay my premiums. When I arrived at Enterprise, there were no SUVs available. Because of the inconvenience, the manager offered me what he described as an upgrade. Eddie and his partner the day of picking up and returning did amazing !!! Communication was on point! the way they went above and beyond - not to mention they were able to multi task with multiple People in a very effective quick way with only two staff member ! Excellent costumer . Probably the best rent a car experience I’ve ever had
