My rental experience with Enterprise went very well. The supervisor was working by herself that day and had many customers waiting in the lobby, but she greeted everyone with a smile and remained professional and pleasant throughout. I did not hear a single complaint from her, which says a lot about her customer service. The only complaint I have is that the vehicle was not clean on the outside. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with multiple Enterprise Rental Car locations. I was initially given an economy vehicle, which I understand is part of my rental agreement. However, the condition of the car made me feel unsafe. Every time I braked, there was a loud noise, and the vehicle felt slippery on wet roads, as if the tires were not reliable.
