This location is awful. There was 1 man working and a line to the door. I was there for over an hour before I got a car. I would avoid this location at all cost!
I would like to say when I came to this location, it was refreshing. Customer service were ALL hands on deck! I hate that they have to get the disgruntled customers (myself included) from the closer locations, but they handled the situation with grace. They listened and were very empathetic! This location had earned my loyalty for the west side! I recently rented a vehicle from July 6 to July 11 and I must say that the customer service here at this location is absolutely amazing. Halen and Rudy were very helpful and accommodated my needs. They made the rental process streamlined and easy. They even applied a military discount to my rental. I will be coming back for all my rental needs.
Never again. We were traveling and had issues with a rental. After sitting for 30 minutes to wait for the clerk, we were turned away and told to go to the airport to get help. Over 1700 miles away from home there was no reason that we had to drive from enterprise to enterprise daily to try to get help with a vehicle that was not safe to drive.
