This is the Enterprise location I prefer, even though there is another one closer to me. They usually have a wider selection of vehicles. Cooper provided excellent customer service -very professional and efficient - he was able to get me into a late model 7-seater SUV at short notice. I would recommend Enterprise over the other rental car agencies.
Enterprise customer for over 20 years. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Reserved my car well in advance for a noon pickup yesterday. Arrived at noon to be told no cars available. Their lobby was filled with renters waiting for a car. Agent said he didn’t know how soon a car would come available for my noon rental. They were not waiting on Enterprise employees to bring cars in to agency.
