Salvador was AWESOME!!! Not only did he pay attention to detail but he was very respectful! The only employee with a smile on his face and a warm welcome. 10/10 recommend asking for Sal! Thanks for making the rental process as easy as possible!
Enterprise rental car at Sunnyvale East Elcamino Real doesn’t seem to have very many cars and the rental experience was below par. Fuel tank was not full before letting out, additional drivers were not authorized to drive and I almost got a smaller car than what I was eligible under the Geico policy (rental car was being taken as my car was under repair work). I would avoid this particular location at least.
The staff are friendly and the cars are clean.
Excellent customer service. I use Enterprise every time.
