The Enterprise staff was so professional. They greeted me upon arrival, looked up my reservation, and had my rental car ready to go!
First I would like to say the employees at the Enterprise location I visited were very kind and helpful. However I am not satisfied with Enterprise in general. I reserved a specific level of vehicle a few weeks in advance of pickup. At the date and time of pickup I was told that luxury sedans are not usually available at that specific location, but rather at the airport. GOOD customer service would have been to either make sure you had the vehicle at the location (go get one from the airport!) OR call me prior to pickup date... read more
