Thinking about my experience here at this location: 236 S WW White Road in San Antonio still makes my stomach hurt!! Worst experience ever AND it wasn’t just me but all other 10 customers in the lobby that morning who also had reservations but had to wait 5 hours to get a car!!! The staff is incompetent and corporate doesn’t even care enough to block the website from allowing someone to reserve a car that’s NOT IN STOCK!! I've visited a lot of car rental places and I found enterprise to be tops. Prices are very good and affordable. Cars are clean. Service is friendly. And my points are adding up.
Excellent customer service and Destin was very good at helping me with my rental car select selection and overall customer service was superb. God Bless!
Worst Experience Ever from the company customer service. #1 The car broke down # 2 They were rude and dismissive #3 Roadside Assistance never showed up! I am a frequent renter at least 5 times a year. Never again!
