Seamless rental experience. Thanks Amanda and Jerome! Nice folks, helpful and good cars.
Easy process with insurance claims but had long wait time to get into vehicle over 2 hours with an appointment also lack of maintenance to vehicle leaving me feeling like I would be stranded somewhere. Customer service from Jerome was not a pleasant experience. Seems as if he spoke certain ways to people who were not white. He should not be the face of your company and needs to take some kinda course to help develop his overall people skills to allow him to be more understanding while expressing empathy to people's situation... read more
