Getting harassed by enterprise to pay a claim out of pocket from a 2 inch dent which was never my fault. Never again will I use this company.
The manager at this locatiuon should be fired, what a joke and 0% customer service skills. I reserved a vehicle the day before for a one-way rental, as I was dropping off my daughter to move-in to NC State and needed a vehicle to drive back home. The morning of drop-off I get a call that they had no cars available. The person on the phone told me they are expecting cars around 4 and to call back around noon.
