I have rented two time from Enterprise, at different locations, and each time the service was excellent. They were able to pick me up which I haven't experienced from any other car service. At this pru location they were able to give me a good rate since I work in the area and accomendate a Sunday night drop off. Their cars are cleaner than other rental companies I have experienced. I would rent with them in a heart beat.
I was very pleased with the entire transaction. Very easy to pick up the car as well as return it. In fact we have decided to use Enterprise again this coming weekend!
Loved how friendly everyone was, and how quick I was able to go through the rental process. I also really appreciated that the price didn't change and weren't pushy on having to get their auto insurance plans ( got a basic one since I had no other insurance). Car was clean and had no issues!
