This is the worst car rental place. I rented out a car for three days. I decide to stay with it for a couple of more days. I call in to make them aware, and to request a better vehicle even if I have to pay extra. The guy on the phone was rude he's like it's a 2017 vehicle and it works fine. We don't have anymore cars. I let him know he's wrong. Anyone knows what a 2017 car looks like compared to anything older. What I don't understand secondly is why not keep the customers?
