Great customer service
*The absolute worst!!! I rented from them for a little over 2 months, spent a total of $3280 (receipts provided upon request). They have this so-called manager there at the university area in Charlotte NC, named TYLER. From the beginning, TYLER made it clear that I could NOT used a debit card (this was Untrue). His manager Kristen (who also covers for TYLER's lies quite well) later informed me that I Could use my debit. I had a great experience at Enterprise! The service was top-notch from start to finish. All of the employees were helpful, kind, and made me feel welcomed right away. Even during a busy and hectic time, the team was quick, efficient, and stayed professional without ever making me feel rushed. The atmosphere was warm and accommodating, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return in the future!
